vaf boonfest

  Prior to boot 468 (next boot as of the writing of this note),
  anyone who allocated at least $100 in OMP vafs and missed a boon
  fest (stats + nodeath) was able to retrieve it by simply typing
  "vaf statboost"  This only retrieved the single latest boon fest.
 
  Starting boot 468 and lasting beyond, the same applies, except
  that now those folks will retrieve ALL the statboosts they missed
  that boot by typing "vaf boonfest" (yes, "vaf statboost" will
  still work too).
