  A few old quests are coming back...

  Modernized code, full logging and re-done as to not allow qinfo.
  A disclaimer is this, as the state they were in was horrid and also
  'very partial I have recreated them and there could be issues. If you
  work on them and something is off let me know. If you get stuck for
  a long time ask me to verify things are ok as noone has run these.
