GMCP/Protocols

  New protocols will be live at reboot. The majority of the work that's been 
  done so far is with GMCP. Pueblo/MXP isn't widely used (yet) but will be 
  implemented as we go. No guilds have yet to be completely adopted with GMCP 
  but the general parts are now in. 
  During next boot and forward, guilds will be receiving more and more GMCP 
  support.
