  toppled cardboard heros guarding pyramids of bargain bubbly with the 
  courage of a paper shield. This is the last great shrine to bottles in a 
  broken world-rediscovered at last. 
  It has been an era since the kingdoms has had a liquor store worthy of the 
  fine denizens of these realms - go forth! Drink! Be Merry! And unless you 
  want to given an enema with it - DON'T offer the Bud to Skug! 
  This area is suitable for levels 70+, search the area of chaos for the 
  slightly obnoxious sign and get to 'tap'ing!
