  Elementals have received some long overdue loving. as usual monitoring and 
  fine tuning will be ongooing so there may be further tweaks (though not 
  huge ones). 
 
  Max Energy Increased
  Energy Dragin more efficient/returns more NRG
  Corpse drain gives a small amount of SP (overmax possible)
  Increased amount of SP returned from Soul Wave/Tidal Wave/The Four 
  Winds/Heat Wave/Earth Tap 
  Consistency formula more efficient (so you tank better)
  Barrier more efficient and less costly
  Reduce base cost for condense from 1000 to 500
  Reduce base cost of Natural Converstion from 5000 to 4000
 
  DAMAGE INCREASED! (more noticeable at higher glevels since its 
  glevel,wisdom and emit based)
