Updates for Changelings

  In an overall effort to make all forms useful for Changelings, I have 
  implemented some pretty big changes regarding dodge based tanking. If you 
  have a Changeling, this would be a good time to dust them off and check out 
  the work. You can find more info on their main board and in 'info allnew'.  
 
  Enjoy using any form you like, and let's see some more forms than just 
  extremely tough wandering around the realms!
