Seiger Area Updates

  I upgraded the mobs and items in the following Seiger areas tonight:
 
  Diamond Mine, Gargoyle Den, Sin'Jun's Cave, Mt. Silvermoon, 
  Mt. Silvermoon Graveyard, and the newly named Elysium Nest.
 
  Be sure to use the rating command when checking them out. The
  smaller areas are in the 25K-60K range, but some of the bigger
  ones go up to 600K or so.
