New gswap system

  The gswap vaf perk was pretty awesome, in that it let you have multiple 
  guilds, but limited in its application because the guilds had to have 
  similar stat distributions.  Well, that's a thing of the past now.  If you 
  have gswap (or acquire it now), take the 'gswap' exit from COT to try out 
  the new system.
