VAF Changes

  Following 3K's lead, 3Scapes is changing up the VAF experience. Those
  changes include:
 
  * The OMP VAF Drive no longer exists.
  * Guild VAF perks that were available during the 2013 OMP VAF drive
    are available for purchase once again using MUD VAF credits.
    Annual guild perks will last 365 days from their start date.
  * New guild VAF perks may become available in the future so be sure
    to read your guild board or info regularly.
  * In lieu of having the whole "MUD VAF credit and corresponding guild 
    VAF credit during the (now defunct) OMP VAF Drive", we will be 
    having periodic specials throughout the year.
  * The first example of these specials is in effect NOW!
 
  For the remainder of the month of May, any purchased VAF credits are 
  doubled!

  Example: Spend $100, get 200 VAF credits. You could then use these 200 
  VAF credits to get a mud vaf perk for 150, and a guild vaf perk for 50.
 
  In summary, you once could only select guild VAF perks during the
  OMP VAF Drive, but now you'll be able to select them directly from
  your WGM any time of the year. See "help vaf" for more details and
  if you decide on guild perks, be sure to mudmail your WGM letting
  them know which you'd like to purchase.
