The Syndicate

  Good people of Pinnacle,
 
  It has come to the attention of our office that our
  citizens wish to organize themselves for mutual
  enrichment, but find the rules and regulations
  for Pinnacle businesses too complex to navigate.
 
  To make the process easier, we have leased much
  of the Lodestone building to an organization
  called the Syndicate, based in Switzerland in the
  realm of Science.  They will manage registrations,
  forms, fees, taxes, and all other necessary
  paperwork on behalf of business owners, freeing
  you to focus on your business operations.
 
  Please join me in welcoming the Syndicate to
  Pinnacle.  In related news, anti-anxiety medications
  will no longer be dispensed in the Business Forms
  section of the records department of our office.
