2013 Holiday Wishlists

    Our hardworking wizards have coded us lots of new stuff this year
    and as we approach the holidays, it's time once again to reach deep
    into our pockets and give them some lint. No, no. That's not right...
    To show them some love in the form of holiday wishlists.  Think of 
    it as giving thanks for the free 24/7 entertainment and encouraging 
    them to keep churning out that code in 2014.
 
    So, what's in it for you besides the warm and fuzzy?
 
    1) 2x VAF Credit!
       Buy an ACTIVE wizard something off their Amazon wishlist (or send
       them an Amazon gift card) and you get 2X credit for the price of
       the item (+tax).  Shipping is not on the table this year, so you
       should opt for super-saver free shipping or go with the reliable
       always-free-to-ship-worldwide gift card option.
 
    2) 2x Guild Credit Option!
       Did you miss out on the main VAF drive earlier this year where you
       could get some guild-related goodies?  Never fear, you can choose
       to use your 2x credit on guild stuff instead.
 
    3) Gift Card Raffle!
       Every person who sends a 3S wizard (or wizards) gifts or gift cards
       totaling $25 or more get their name put into a hat.  If you send
       $100 or more you get TWO entries.  Shortly after closing time,
       we draw one name from the hat and that person wins a $100 Amazon 
       Gift Card! Don't need the money? You can opt for a personal mini
       wish instead! Note, mini wishes are truly mini.
 
    4) Candy Canes!
       Everyone who participates will get themselves a magical Candy
       Cane on Christmas Day.  Note: don't expect anything earth-shattering
       here, but it will be a nice thank you for your generosity.
 
    5) The drive runs from now until 9:45pm on Saturday, December 21st
 
    If you don't yet know all the sweet things you can get from VAFfing,
    type "help vaf" right now.  In case it's not clear yet, this promotion
    effectively cuts the cost for VAF perks in half for you, gets a wizard
    a cool present or two and gets you a chance for an awesome prize.
 
    Various Disclaimers
    * 2X credits can be used on guild perks OR mud perks - your choice
    * VAF credit gained from the "wishlist drive" does not count toward
      next year's OMP drive
    * If you have any questions at all, ask me first, BEFORE you buy
    * VAF credits never expire
    * Guild credits DO expire, so if you choose to use them, you have
      until 12/31 of this year to do so
    * Any "yearly" guild perks chosen will only last until 5/1 of next year
    * Gifts for 3S wizards result in 3S VAF credits. No cross-world 
      credits.
    * Active means just that. If you aren't sure if a wizard qualifies as
      active, ask me.
