The Temple of Vaisla

  The clergy at the secretive Temple of Vaisla have decided to open their 
  doors at long last to the people of the realms who have proven themselves a 
  worthy ally or foe. 
 
  Nestled where the breeze lands after crossing the mighty Dragonspire bay 
  into Wayhaven stands the shrine to the goddess Vaisla. Some say that the 
  chimes at the top of the spire hold a supernatural bond with the heavens. 
  Whatever the legends say, the citizens of Wayhaven have often admired the 
  artistic nature of the way the different arms and spheres of the shrine 
  have spun about over the years -- an odd slow dance inspired by the wind. 
 
  They have forbidden outsiders for centuries for an unknown reason, and it 
  is even more mysterious why they have decided to now allow some outsiders 
  in. 
 
  This area is designed for levels 80+
