Guild Changes progress

  Many of you have asked me about our progress on the changes mentioned
  in announcement 155. We are still working on Phase 1. Changeling, Sii,
  Priest, Jedi, Gentech, Angels, and Elementals are done. Monks, Fremen 
  and Juggernauts remain. 
 
  At this time, we do not plan to update Mages, Warders, Necromancers,
  Bards, or Ascended. That doesn't mean we might not see a need down the 
  road, but for now, they stay as-is.
 
  Phase 2 will commence as soon as we complete the Phase 1 changes. As
  a reminder, Phase 2 will update the gxp rates so that all guilds can
  reach the top end in a similar timeframe that is much faster than the
  traditional 300 days.
 
  Finally, once we finish that, we're going to hunker down and finish the
  Witch guild that Davien abandoned.
