OMP VAF Drive Guild Perks

  As mentioned in announcement 123, the OMP VAF Drive not only provides
  for the normal vaf perks and the great special boots and wishes listed,
  it also provides fun guild perks. If your GM (or another wizard) hasn't 
  shared a list of the perks available for your guild, feel free to send
  me a tell or mail. We want to be sure we offer something to everyone!
