Lets you zap someone else's stat boost

SYNTAX: zot <who> or zot noone
This boon grants you +10 to one of your stats, at random. The
corresponding command 'zot' lets you take someone else's stat boon
away completely. (you do not get it)
This is great for getting back at someone, but expect similar in return.
You can only zot one player.
