SYNTAX: icotag <item>
This command is only provided as a boon by the wizards. When it is,
you can 'icotag' an item to stay with you after you quit. It's fairly
limited, so make sure you understand:
1) Once icotag'd, an item will only load within 10 minutes after you quit
2) If you lose the item before you quit (or before reboot), it will
not return.
3) Unique items will not spawn duplicates if icotag'd.
4) An icotag'd item will appear at the bottom of your inventory list
when you return.
